Invio la bozza di Upside Down a cui seguirà versione definitiva e rivista.
Si tratta di un testo narrativo/divulgativo presentato in formato upside down che consente la lettura partendo da entrambi i lati. L’impianto grafico del libro si trasforma: prima la copertina si sdoppia, poi il formato del libro si allunga, infine le illustrazioni si intrecciano con i testi. Nella parte centrale sono inseriti sia degli approfondimenti sia dei contenuti figurativi senza alcuna mediazione verbale per favorire un’adesione più immediata e personale agli argomenti trattati.
Si è scelto di presentare fin da subito il testo in versione bilingue, italiano e inglese, per rendere la lettura fruibile ad un pubblico sempre più multietnico e multilingue.

PRESENTATION
I attach the draft of “Upside Down”; the final revised version will follow later.
It is a narrative promotional work in double-sided format, which allows reading from either side of the book. The graphic layout changes throughout: first there is a double cover, then the page format changes to portrait, and finally images intertwine with text. In the middle I have included both in-depth parts and visual contents without text, to facilitate a more immediate and personal involvement with the topics discussed.
I have chosen from the start to write a bilingual version of the book – Italian and English – to make the book attractive to an ever more multiethnic, multilingual public.
